Warranty
When you buy a receiver from Viewtech,
your receiver will be sent to you with the latest software and
firmware available at the time when the unit is manufactured. Viewtech
does not support third-party software, and if used, it will void the
manufacturer's warranty.
Please note that receiver software is
incompatible across various models. If you upload the wrong software
and create a problem with the receiver, this will not only void your
warranty but may make your receiver inoperable. File transfer
errors are entirely the users responsibility and Viewtech is not
responsible for any problems that may result.
To avoid invalidating your warranty,
contact your dealer or distributor to have a factory-trained
technician upload software to your receiver. Only official software
and upgrades available from this Viewsat Official Website can be used with your receiver. Under no circumstances, should any
other software be used with the Viewsat receiver.

It has come to our attention that
people have been modifying FTA receivers in order to receive
unauthorized channels by downloading illegal software from satellite
forums across the internet. Do not contact us for any information on
this. All e-mails will not be answered.
This product is produced and sold in
order to pick up educational and local channels across the world that
the provider does not charge for. If you have any questions you can
contact us to have them answered.
Warning:
Receivers are only for use with authorized software that can be
downloaded off of the manufactures website. Unauthorized software
cannot, by any means, be used with any receiver. Should any receiver
contain such unauthorized software, the warranty will be null and
void.
