without first contacting Technical Support at
760-754-9880 (Option 4). Any product returned to us without authorization will
not be repaired or replaced and will be shipped back at the
customers expense.
As of May 1st 2007, The Viewsat comes with a
2
year warranty. Please note that the customer may be liable for the
shipping cost related to the repair or replacement of any unit.
